    This month I chose a company I got the chance to work with in the city. From serving the events, to assisting an event planner. I had a lot of fun working both sides of these events and really loved the attention to detail Blue Plate gave to its clients, the events, and the employees. Their mantra is "care more, and their core values consist of making people happy, food is only the beginning, hard work pays off, one event at a time, and setting the bar for catering excellence. 

    Blue Plate is very well known in Chicago and highly recommended for top venues, events, and businesses for the past 40 years. Started by a man who had a weber grill, a few chafers, and a van. Now he has expanded his business to become a trusted Chicago staple. Not only is there so much care put into the dishes served, but the customer service also. The details implemented into every event and dish speak for itself. They cater to their clients in every aspect and have built great relationships which keep those clients coming back year after year. Not only do the clients receive a proper amount of care, but the employees are also taken care of and really function as a great team, which is so apparent when you encounter this experience.
