 Missing Ingredients

    This last week, my grandparents hosted a Christmas party for their friends and I was in charge of making a dessert for the party. My love of sweets and cooking/baking, I was so excited. Tiramisu was on my mind, so I had to try to make it! Unfortunately I had a very busy week between school and work that I didn't find time to get all of the ingredients! So with a time constraint, I decided to look through my kitchen. Rather than making a mascarpone, I whipped together cool whip with cream cheese and added some dark roast coffee to it. I was able to create a delicious Tiramisu look alike and the guests at the party couldn't even tell and absolutely loved it!
