What I Learned this Week

    We were opened up to the world of Word Press this week, which was very exciting for me! I have had a website up with Squarespace for maybe a year now displaying my Photography, although once I started in the Graphic Design program I've had a hard time adding it to my current domain on Squarespace. Seeing the variety and options Wordpress offers is going to be so much help down the line!

    The demo website I've created for Blue Plate just looks so professional compared to what I've created to display my actual work. Creating a strong portfolio and a professional website, so I can land a career after school is the ultimate goal for me. So when we get to touch new software really gets my mind going and I can see the finish line a little more clearly. I'm looking forward to see what else is coming our way, and getting my hands on Illustrator and InDesign.
