In this creativity blog, I am going to share some corny little poems I wrote a few years ago and some photos that are meant to feel like film stills.. that I never did anything with. There was a point that I was really interested in creating a poem book with photos I've taken. I deeply wanted to create cinematic images with "captions" or strategically placed poems. I have strong influence from Cindy Sherman's Untitled Film Stills, and Sarah Bahbah's book called "Dear Love". This was a project I wanted to create although I never fully applied myself and committed to it. Now that we have had our introduction to Adobe Indesign, and I am a bit further in this Graphic Design Program.. I am confident that this project can be executed and really come to life. It's great to reflect back on your old work and critique it, as well as reminding yourself of your dreams. Something that used to seem so unattainable is literally at my finger tips now, I have all of the resources and drive that I need to dive into this project.
