In Premiere Pro, adobe has integrated their Firefly Ai. In this particular video they show you how to extend your clips with their Ai software. What is nice is this tool also works on audio as well. So when you're editing and you notice that  clip or a sound is just a few seconds to short this is a great too to use! 

How to Use Generative Extend: 

1. Go to your toolbar and the icon under the Text Icon is your Generative Extend, you will want to click that.

2. The you go to the clip you want to extend and you just click the end of that clip and drag it out to where you want it to end on your timeline. 

3. Adobe Firefly will extend that clip for you.
