I need to visualize the pace, responsibilities, and rhythm of the role so I can see how it fits my strengths and work style.

  3. How does the team usually collaborate, especially between creative and strategy?
As someone who loves being hands-on and creative, I want to know if collaboration feels natural or if there’s friction.

  4. What kinds of clients or projects would I be working on, and do I get to contribute creatively or conceptually?
I’m not just looking to execute, I want to contribute ideas and storytelling that align with my strengths.

  5. How would you describe the leadership style of the person I’d be reporting to?
The vibe of a manager can make or break a role. I’m curious whether they mentor, guide, or micromanage.

  6. Are there opportunities to grow into other creative roles or departments over time?
I'm hoping to evolve, whether that’s into branding, art direction, or content. I want to know there’s space for that here.

  7. What are some recent wins or proud moments the team has had?
This helps me get a sense of the company culture and what they celebrate, whether it’s client work, collaboration, or creativity.

  8. What are some challenges the team is currently facing?
Knowing the obstacles upfront helps me understand if I have the tools and energy to be part of the solution.

  9. Is there room for flexibility, remote days, or project-based work?
Flexibility is key for me, especially if I’m balancing freelance, school, or creative passion projects on the side.

  10. What’s one thing you wish someone told you before starting here?
This usually gives me a real, unfiltered take on the experience, something I value when making a decision.
